Lynda Hesse, RD is a nutritionist with Hunterdon Cardiovascular Associates. Lynda received a degree in marketing from Rowan University and completed a Didactic Program in Foods and Nutrition at the College of St. Elizabeth in Madison NJ. She has earned a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management and completed training in the Ornish Reversal Program. She previously spent three years as a clinical dietitian at Hunterdon Medical Center with primary responsibility in the cardiac and intensive care unit and ten years as the clinical nutrition manager. Additionally, she has many years of experience as a cooking instructor for Ninety Acres Culinary Center and Kings Cooking Studio. She has taught students at all age and skill levels and has developed specialized curriculum in vegetarian and low-calorie cookery and for children with Type 1 diabetes.
Lynda lives in Bedminster with her husband and two daughters and enjoys outdoor activities, gardening, and cooking for friends and loved ones.
