Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Call Center Agent to join our busy cardiology office. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service by answering calls, assisting with appointment scheduling, and handling patient inquiries related to cardiology services. Additionally, they will have strong communication skills, while being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments for consultations and follow-up visits.
  • Maintain accurate patient information in our system, ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
  • Manage patient concerns and relay important messages to appropriate staff.
  • Follow up with patients to remind them of upcoming appointments and answer any questions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a call center, medical office, or healthcare setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and physicians.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of cardiology or healthcare terminology is an asset.
  • Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care.

  • Working closely with hospital team, scheduling patient cardiovascular procedures for our structural heart, electrophysiology and interventional patients.
  • Educate patients in all aspects of their care, including pre/post procedures and interventions.
  • Reviewing laboratory and testing results and any subsequent care to patients.
  • Comprehensively documenting all assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
  •  Collaborate as a team with physicians and APP’s.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active New Jersey RN/LPN license.
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Records Specialist to support our clinical team and enhance our patient care operations.

Job Description:
The Medical Records Specialist is responsible for maintaining and managing patient health records in accordance with HIPAA and all regulatory requirements. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate, timely, and confidential handling of all medical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and maintain electronic and paper medical records
  • Retrieve, scan, and upload documents into EMR systems
  • Respond to requests for patient records from providers, hospitals, and patients
  • Ensure all records are filed and labeled accurately
  • Verify completeness and accuracy of patient charts
  • Comply with HIPAA guidelines and ensure patient confidentiality
  • Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff

Key Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience in a medical records or healthcare role (cardiology experience a plus)
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records systems (e.g., Epic, eClinicalWorks, NextGen)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
