About Diana Fransis
Diana Fransis, RDN, is a Registered Dietitian with over 13 years of experience in clinical nutrition and lifestyle counseling. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences from Rutgers University and completed her dietetic internship at UMDNJ (now Rutgers).
Diana works with patients to support heart health, weight management, and overall wellness through evidence-based nutrition strategies and sustainable lifestyle changes. She is also the founder of Wellness From Within, LLC, a private nutrition practice focused on helping individuals achieve long-term health through balanced nutrition.
She lives in Whitehouse Station, NJ, with her husband and three children.
