HCA Walk With A Doc Events Are Back For 2025!

Spring into heart health with Hunterdon Cardiovascular Associates! Our popular Walk with a Doc events have returned. For the past seven years, we’ve been part of this global program, encouraging our patients to incorporate physical activity into their healthy routines while offering a unique opportunity to connect with our doctors and have their questions addressed. Each month, an HCA physician will lead a brief discussion on vital heart health advice, followed by a walk where participants can join at their own comfort level.

2025 Schedule

Select Saturdays 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM

  • May 10th – Dr. Rupen Parikh at Mine Brook Park
  • June 14th – Dr. William Schafranek at Mine Brook Park
  • July 12th – Dr. Percy Genyk at Mine Brook Park
  • August 2nd – Dr. Daniel Kobe at Mine Brook Park
  • September 6th – Dr. Herman Maeuser at Mine Brook Park
  • October 4th – Dr. Yaser Elnahar at Mine Brook Park

Healthy snacks and water are provided during the walks. Everyone is invited to join, including our patients who may bring their children, spouses, family, and friends along for the walk.

What began as a local effort by cardiologist Dr. David Sabgir in 2005, aiming to inspire lasting healthy habits through walking, Walk with a Doc has blossomed into a worldwide movement with over 500 chapters.

Our patients appreciate the relaxed and friendly interaction with their doctors, and they arrive ready to step towards better health.

Registration is requested! Please call 908-788-1710 ext. 250 or email [email protected] to sign up or for more information.
